  • 2 ripe organic Haas avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa
  • 0.33 cup raw unfiltered honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1.5 tsp pure vanilla extract and pinch of Celtic sea salt
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened toasted shredded coconut (for dipping)

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Step 1: Add avocado flesh, coconut milk, raw cacao powder, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt into a high-speed blender.
  2. Step 2: Blend on HIGH for 60 to 90 seconds until silky, thick, and completely uniform.
  3. Step 3: Pour chocolate avocado fudge mixture into popsicle molds; insert wooden popsicle sticks.
  4. Step 4: Freeze for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until completely solid.
