Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Step 1: Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, sea salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken cubes and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Thread chicken onto bamboo or metal skewers.
